A program that empowers youth across the United Arab Emirates in the energy sector!
This program will provide young people with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to become effective advocates for a sustainable future. The SESAP will provide tools and support necessary to raise awareness about climate change, the energy transition, and the need to take action to address them.
Through a series of interactive activities, workshops, and online resources, the program will help youth to understand the causes and consequences of climate change, and to identify and implement strategies for mitigating its impacts, including accelerating the energy transition. The program also seeks to help equip youth with the skills necessary to enter into the energy workforce in the UAE, and to be part of strategic initiatives such as the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy and Abu Dhabi's Energy Plan.
The program will provide 8-10 students with the opportunity to:
Play an active role in youth engagement at the conference through a year-long program.
