Nicole Iseppi

Director of Energy Innovation at the Bezos Earth Fund

Nicole Iseppi currently serves as the Director of Energy Innovation at the Bezos Earth Fund. Prior to her role at the Bezos Earth Fund, she spent over 12 years at ENGIE, a prominent global energy company, where she held positions as a Senior Executive Advisor and Managing Director for Operations and Performance in the context of Global Transformation. Before ENGIE, she served as a Senior Advisor and Project Manager for Global Energy Infrastructure at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and played a key role in establishing Japan Carbon Finance (JCF). Nicole's contributions to renewable energy include co-leading a global initiative for the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and serving on the Management Committee of Terrawatt Initiative (TWI), a non-profit foundation formed following the COP21 Paris Agreement. Nicole actively participates in industry advisory committees and boards, driving solutions for the global energy transition. In 2022, she was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by Monash University for her significant contributions to international sustainable energy development and transformation.
